1. Workforce Performance Management Solutions

We introduced the idea with leading health insurors and other disease management stakeholders over five years ago and have seen it take root in some of the nation’s largest health plans. Our health and disease management programs include all of the hallmarks of our cutting-edge workforce performance management solutions. In addition, our executives bring seamless expertise in health and disease management, incentive programs, performance management and other key success factors.

We recognize that each customer’s program is at a different point in the learning and implementation curve. We are ready to work in a variety of ways from identifying pilot programs that will demonstrate behavior-based solution returns to defining the path for adding programs that achieve expected results. In addition, we can develop and manage turnkey programs or simply provide our system to manage existing programs.
